You’ll be able to work at your own pace through our 12 modules of concepts, skills, and tools. This will walk you, step by step, through the system you’ll be implementing with clients as a consultant and coach!

You have the option of completing this in 3 or 6 months.


Evaluation
Once you know the system inside and out like the back of your hand you’ll take your knowledge to the streets and test it with real clients. (Don’t worry, we can arrange practice clients for you if you’re worried about this part.) You’ll submit these recorded sessions for evaluation – and upon successful completion - receive your certification.


Coaching & Ongoing Support

As a Clockwork Certified Partner™, you’ll receive a series of coaching calls throughout the training portion of your certification.

You’ll also receive a personalized debrief from your designated Run Like Clockwork coach, and a 2-day virtual event to ask any final lingering questions before certification time!   • The first year is an investment of $8,000 paid in full or a 12-month payment plan of $700 per month. This includes the entire certification process and the first few months of building your business.
    There is an ongoing annual licensing fee of 2,000 or $200 per month to maintain your certification, license to use our materials, listing in our database, and access to ongoing coaching for mastering the clockwork framework and growing your business! This fee begins after your first year.

  • Yes and no! This program is focused on preparing you to work as a Clockwork Certified Partner™ so you can offer coaching and consulting services and operations programs of your own, but it is NOT a coaching certification program.

    You will be trained, coached, and guided in mastering the tools of the Clockwork System™ and working with clients using those tools.

    However, upon satisfactory completion, you will not become a “certified coach,” but a Certified Clockwork Partner™.

  • Absolutely! We work with tons of operations professionals who are ready to get out of the weeds and help their small business clients build systems and teams that can run without them! That means, coming in to support your small business clients in implementing the tools, not doing it for them (unless, of course, you want to!).

    The way we certify our partners is based upon our previous Run Like Clockwork Accelerator program – which was a coaching program that helped small business owners implement our frameworks with varying levels of support.

    We’ve spent 6 years perfecting these tools to make walking a small business owner through this process as seamless as possible – and now you’ll have all you need to offer your clients the best without having to do all the heavy lifting for them.

    That said, if you want to offer done-for-you options with your Clockwork certification and expertise - you will also be licensed to do so!

  • Our entire cohort may be up to 50 people in total, but you will have opportunities for practice in smaller groups

    There will be plenty of opportunities to lean into the support of the community and make friends!

  • In order to achieve certification, you’ll be encouraged to watch all of the curriculum and attend live learning sessions.
    You’re required to join the live integration event, and then submit 3 practice client sessions and complete (and pass) the knowledge assessment.

    We’d estimate the entire certification process to take about 60 hours, or about 10 hours per month over 6 months.

  • Nope! This is the fun of becoming a Clockwork Certified Partner™ - you’ll get to use our framework and even curriculum and then customize your offers to suit you and your business however you like!

    While you will be prohibited from changing anything about the framework, curriculum, or tools, you will have the flexibility to lead group coaching or consulting cohorts of your own.

    You’ll even be able to give your clients access to the Clockwork curriculum so they can watch, take action, and then work with you on customizing the tools and system for their business.

  • We really encourage you to join only if you’re 100% clear, enthusiastic, and ready to become a Clockwork Certified Partner™! That said, we understand that sometimes life shifts, things come up, and you may choose to defer your enrollment to our next cohort or even withdraw from the program altogether.
